Escrow.com

I am selling one of my websites and the buyer has asked to pay by escrow.com from what I can tell escrow.com holds the money untill the buyer receives the item. but what if the buyer says he never received the item?

He said it reduces risks however i'm not quite sure how it works.

If he claims he's not received, you can send the website details thru escrow.com. This will prove that you are providing details and you'll get the money.
