I simply stated that your design was a copy and asked for others opinions.

What your amaze friend is doing is out of your hands. I feel sorry for you.

I already told you, I had no knowledge of the appearance of the design. If you want to see the convo I had with Bryan that proves so, then I will post it:

Here they are:
http://www.aquaupload.com/uploads/ac...anleconvo1.JPG
http://www.aquaupload.com/uploads/58...anleconvo2.JPG

These convo's show that I knew they had a promo page, but I wasnt certain of the design. If I wanted an exact copy or anything near to it, I would of gave him a screen shot or a link to the design. But, this was out of my hands, and I came up with something that flowed with Nixism. Simple as that.

Actually, you didn't simply state that the design was copied.

First, you harassed me.
Secondly, you threatened to post this all over internet.
Thirdly, you threatened to terminate my clientexec account for no reason.

I do believe you started something that should of been avoided. You could have kindly showed me and I would have taken it off regardless. Now thanks to the scene caused here its only more reasons for Nixism to have another dent.

Screenshots don't usually prove much nowadays. I'm going to have to listen to what Bryan told me, as I trust him a bit more.

1st) I was mad that you guys copied our hard work.
2nd) I posted on a few forums to see if they saw the same or if it was just me.
3rd) I told you the reason why I may have to suspend your license. Right now CE only likes resellers to sell to people on their server, not outside of it.

Sorry for any confusion.

Sorry for any confusion.
1. You didn't realize that when you sold me the license.
2. If you didn't threaten me, you would of explained to me the situation before dropping the bomb on me.

All you do is lie, and try to dig yourself out of it. I have convo's to prove it to.

Everyone is getting a little heated and we're all over reacting a bit here.

The question isn't about stealing or being "inspired" by our promotion or design. What's there is obvious - the design is similar (too similar to be coincidence), and the basics of the promotion is there - which we came up with originally.

The only thing that it making us frustrated is the fact that a new company can't come up with their own material or their own ideas. It's easy to follow in someone else's footsteps, and for that flattery, I thank you. But let's all be serious - we need to seperate ourselves in the hosting industry in order to succeed, and Brius has accomplished that, only to have someone else pick up the pieces. It's business - I know that, and so does Dave, but when someone says something, don't try to hide the fact that you didn't know about it - just admit it, and move on.

I'm never afraid of competition. Those that know me well know that I thrive on competition in everything I do. It's the driving force behind everything - and without it, this would be no fun. So I'm not scared of competition - rather, I'm frustrated that my intellectual property is taken without credit or permission, and spit back out, and then pretended that nothing happened. Let's be real - Nixism's new promotion is similar to Brius's idea and execution, but there's nothing I or Dave can do about that now. It's in Nixism's hand, and the way they deal with it, is up to them.

Nixism is more then welcome to run the promotion. I don't care. But in the future, if you decide to take someone else's idea, when you're asked about it, you should at least acknowledge it. If you plan on succeeding in this market, then good luck to you. Honestly, I mean that.

First impressions mean everything. And it seems that you've yet to come up with your own identity. Before you can succeed, you need to be able to do that. Take that as either advice, or let it go out through the other ear. Doesn't matter to me.

I'm still unsure after the first incident with the server. Can anyone give me some feedback on how this host runs so i can see?
