Need a Fansite/Info site design made

I want it like a fan site, but more geared towards trying to save the show, because as of now NBC does not have it on its air. We are hoping for NBC to pick it back up or for another station to.. BUT I also want the site to be partially a fansite, just incase the show does come back on the air

Looking for someone very good, not looking to spend to much but a decent amount.
