Appraisal : csslist.com

Howdy folks,

I'm thinking about scaling down my domain list as well as developing a few which are sitting idle at the moment. So, out of interest more than anything, I'll be looking for some appraisals starting with this one. I was thinking of a CSS showcase (like CSSMania, et al.) and/or an article/resource site but that's irrelevant.

It's a great name with terrific potential for a CSS gallery or article site as both are "lists" of something CSS related. Anyway I'm not sure about price, but probably low-mid $xxx in my non-expert opinion.

I dont think its worth anything over $50 undeveloped.

I'm going to agree with Bryan, realistically I could see this going for $30-$50 at the most. Its a good name, and it does apply to the subject. However the market is a bit saturated, therefore I feel that that would bring down the value of the domain to the range I posted.

Ah, I didn't think of the over saturated market, but nor am I a good appraiser, but that's what I could see someone realistically buying it for.

Thanks for the reply guys, it's always nice to get a clear, reasoned response rather than the crap coming out of "appraisal" websites these days.
