Yep, used them before, they have good uptime and speed but very bad support from my experience. They've ignored me emailing them several times and when I sent them an IM on aim when they were online I was still not receiving any replies.

On Topic:

Thanks for the info treo, hostedfx is usually a good host but recently the downtimes have made me think otherwise.

I was with them for about 6 months. Nothing special really, the speed was average. One thing that made me leave was my account got suspended because i didn't pay my bill on time, and once i payed for another quarter it took nearly 48 hours till it was back.
