Need a flash designer

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't find a suitable place in the marketplace to put it.

I need a flash designer to make a flash animation about one of the products we make at work.

The banner will be a similar size to the image below (can be a bit taller but no wider) and will talk about our product (I'll give you information on the product).
