Whenever I try to watch one of these videos on my computer, I just get the continuous grey background on the media screen. It only happens on one of my computers, on this one it works fine, on the other one no videos ever play. I've made sure I have all current updates that the site states to use but still can't find out what the problem is. Any suggesstions?
