What is the point of them? When you download an elit proxie program, and you do what ever you want, and uninstall it, does the I.P. change back to the one you are using now? My friend did something bad, not knowing what will happen if he unistalls it and the I.P. suddenly changes on what ever was recorded. Anyone know how they work so I can help him out? I have never used it or know what they are used for except for changing I.P.'s
