basic SEO package needed

Hello!

I am looking for some SEO help. I don't know a lot of technical lingo but I am looking to get as much traffic as I can on my blog. This should include a high ranking on google, diff. ways to get solid site traffic (including social bookmarking) and other basic SEO things. I would also like that person to check all of my coding on my blog and make it SEO readable.
