[Hiring] - Redesign of existing adnetwork software

Hi... my last designer didn't work out so I am trying again on here...

It is developed in PHP using the smarty template system. I would need a redesign primarily and then implementation....If you can do both then that's a bonus... but implementation is not required... the redesign should reflect all pages using proplery formatted CSS... ADMIN section is not required... sign up on above demo site and view client pages...
