I meant he should start using contracts in general, it's obviously too late to use one for this deal.

Oh yeah, and cash by mail is a terrible idea.

Andy mate there is nothing wrong with sending the money directly to bryan le. Honestly your making it a huge deal. As long as Bryan le has no problems with the transaction then there should be no problems period. Are you afraid you will get screwed over in the process?

I know but him giving me his paypal (rather than other people's or paypals and then saying they're not his) would be easiest.

Not in this process but it's the same as sending money to thirs parties on ebay and I've seen people lose thousands by doing that.

It's a set rule which I'm not changing. Why should I make them an exception?

You owe Bob $5.00.

Bob can't meet up with you to get the money, so he sends his friend, Charlie, to pick it up for him instead.

You give Charlie the $5.00 so he can give it to Bob.

Charlie gives $5.00 to Bob.

Oh yea, and you're all friends, and you all know eachother well.

What's the big deal here?

Folks, Please, let's keep this to PM.

I don't believe this should be public discussion.
