it's not inconsiterate. it's public information. anyone can access it at anytime. go to godaddy.com type the domain and when it says it's taken click "more info." or whatever it says.

it's his fault he didn't pay $15 a year to censor it if he doesn't want it to get out. especially when he's ripping other people's work.

Since when did this thread become about some guys over-inspired design?

As I've said, local work isnt much of an option at the moment due to resources. I have business cards, a business phone number (actual local rate number) and the ability to drive to meet clients nationally, and an excellent manner when doing so. I just dont have the team or much of the needed organisational time at this minute.

Most design firms are looking for full time employees at the moment, and arent considering subcontracting or part time take-ons.

Why do people get involved. If your not involved you should call him e.t.c. I hate it when people do this, you should really leave it to the people who are involved.

Anthony when you were working at new media boutique (sp?) you seemed to really enjoy it. Have you considered trying to work when surrounded by people, opposed to being locked up on your own? Or have you considered separating your work environment from general PC use? EG using a different monitor or room.

There isn't really a great future in web designing, unless you get with big name companies.

Your best bet is to do what everyone else is doing, local web design. If that doesn't work, then move. If you don't want to move, quit designing for a salary, and only do it when you want to.

The same thing basically happened with me, the stuff is fun at first, but after a year or two, it's BORING. I just don't like to be the one sitting on the computer doing stuff, getting crappy rates, when I can get a job at a store/business and make that money and know its going to stay in my bank/hands. Then on my free time I dont have to be on the computer but I can be outside doing stuff, chillin with friends, partying, etc. You get a pretty free schedule without having to worry about internet clients. FOr work you can plan when you want off and when you want to work 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule (this is part time job).

I dont know, but Id rather have a good job once i get out of college rather then desigining computer graphics for the rest of my life if i wouldnt happen to get a job at a big name media place.

Barbaro I completely disagree with your comment regarding the lack of great future in web designing.

I think if I could seperate my working environment from my living environment, that'd be a great start. Thanks for raising the point Andy.

I remember you wanted to quite few months ago. then got back into it, and now having problems with it again. Maybe just stick to law or what ever it was your doing?

other then that dunno, cant really tell some one how to feel.
