Free Css V2

This is the second version to a site I plan to make. My current design is coded at : http://www.freecss.info. My new one was designed to be a little more impressive. Better or worse? Any comments also welcomed.

Liking the first better. Although try to get a bit farther in the second.

Second header looks like WordArt... That's not really nice.

I made a couple of changes to the 2nd one. Still work in progress, not near to finish:

The bubbly gray thing in the center looks cool, but what is it?

You also have a translucent diagonal bar pattern going on top of "home" - "resources".

I still like the first one though..

The pattern on home shouldnt be there. The bubble thing is just a random shape.

In order, I say the first one is on top. Then Preview 5, then preview 4.

I don't know if its just the fact ive seen my first design loads or something but I just don't really like it anymore.
