Well, I am a designer already but i am not that great of a designer. I have designed many peoples website, but still i lack somewhere. I have tried learning from tutorials lynda.com etc etc. but each time i start i think its too basic or its too advanced. I want to be an advanced designer but getting the right spot hasnt been there for me.
I have been busy for more than a year and now i want to actually learn designing. I never read any tuts or anything, designed as the flow came.

Photorealism i think will be pretty tough for me at this moment. Have seen some of Gary Simon's Tutorials but i dont feel any difference in designing. Maybe just a little. I cant just follow his few advices in every design. And mostly the problem i face when making a design is the header. I dont know how to make it, how to make te heading banner, place for a logo, cant just put it together.
I started Designing by making logos and made pretty well of those - 10$ logos, lol. But after entering website design, i cant even make those.
So, i would like if someone can list out some tutorials those which i have and also from those which i dont have, tutorials which i should follow. And would be good if it is in a step-by step mode. Because if i dnt learn in basic-moderate-advanced way then it wont prolly result good. Please tell what should i learn first and then what should i learn and stuff :P
