Proposal Details:
I need a portfolio designed. Preferably a dark design with a glossy 'finish' to it. I'm beginning work as a freelance coder specializing in accessibility, so the design must be made so that it is fairly easy to reduce in filesize. For example, a gradient that stretches right across the page would be ideal, where a 1-pixel width image could be cut out and tiled to save loading time. I'm a firm believer in that simplicity is the key in terms of design
