Haris is on a distinguished road

Old  Will you be a good manager?

Manager means a person who manages any work or an organization. Management is not very easy job because if you work for a large organization , You need to know everything a manager should know.

Therefore, if you dont know how to manage, The business will suffer.

Do you want to test yourself and want to know if you are really the person to handle and manage an organization then let us tell you three points and qualities a manager must have :
  1. Skills and knowledge of the products.
  2. Focus to the goal of the company.
  3. Vision of the manager about the company.
Consider that the company you are currently working for is working on to achieve its sales goal therefore you need to use mininum resources and maximumize the profits.

But

If the goal is to increase profits, you have to do that by cutting costs, improving sales, raising prices, and improving employee effectiveness and raise profits.

Test yourself against all these requirements and find out the strengths and weaknesses. Once you know your weaknesses, you can work on them and improve your performance. Try some quizzes from the Internet on Business & Career and try answering them. The tests will help you greatly in finding out more about yourself.
