It's not spam it actually did change. Wow one of my sites went from 0 PR to 5PR even though it's bit out a mere 1.5 months. Nice

I agree. Because my the PR of my wordpress blog get 0 to 2 today. Therefore, it is not spam at all.

That isn't spam. The topic (and content) is very appropriate. I think you need to get your definition of forum spam checked out.

I assume you're talking about his signature, in which he/she's allowed to link to sites he/she owns.

Also look at his legitimate post count.
