Megatuts.com. I used to own it and made tons of tutorials while submitting them to large tutorial submission engines like Good-tutorials, Pixel2life, etc... to recieve thousands of new visitors a day. Usually i'd get around 1000+ unique hits a day. Still now even though no new tutorials are added really, i see 500+ new visitors there everyday by looking at the stats. I do not own the site anymore (sold it). Now i own another new tutorial site not as good though .

Hey Rannek, about how much money did you make off of contextual ads? Or did you do private advertising?

From googles ads I made $160-$250 a month usualy. Depends on how many tutorials I submited that month, etc... I didnt really get much other ads like people purchasing ad placements except for like $50 worth maybe lol.

My last site (AdsenseRealEstate.com) did over $100k in sales in the first 7 days. We're shooting for at least double that when we relaunch the site in January

Wow, some of you guys did really nice :O I wish i knew how to get a succsessful website going like that...My most succsessful so far is, www.Martinsx7.com - I have 3 people who registered *yay...* but it's only been up for like 2 days. I'm struggling HORRIBLY on SEO for the website, and I dont know what to describe it as..Like, E-Bay is like 'You can find it, on Ebay' which says it has everything, but I dont know what to really describe mine as, since it has so many different things, but nothing like electronics or anything...Anyways, i've only made like...$2 from adsense? I think, mabye $3 though, but i've spent at least $20 in advertising it..If anyone has any suggestions/tips/advice, feel free to PM me lol, I can use all the help i can get.
