I agree with everything nearly to a T except for the part talking about contests.
I know for a fact that the contest here, run based on winners recieving money for post QUALITY do work. I know i know, you're going to say "Well, didn't you win some $$?". I got second place, yes. But i noticed while continuing my regular posting many members who i had thought could have put more effort into their posting did, and made responses clearer and more helpful... Just an observation from the contest here.
