Solve My Daily Mysteries

Topic Title Sounds like a Cool Game, but unfortunately its just my day-to-day life.

Question #1:
Somebody Suggest me a Printer, I need to connect to it wireless-ly and it needs to be FAST at printing black-white work documents (Majority of its Traffic) It also needs to have a built in Fax Machine.

Question #2:
I have a strange audio problem that has plagued me for the last few months (1-2.) Most of the time, my audio is normal, occasion skip on the speakers, but thats nothing new; and sometimes its unbearably bad. Whenever I: Watch Lynda Tutorials, Play Hitman: Blood Money, or use Teamspeak, I get the audio equivalent of Double-Vision. Example: If person A says 'hello' I usually get to the first 'l' before the word repeats itself, producing a 'hel-hello.' The only audio related things I may have installed are AC3 Filter (Suggested to Me), and XP Codec Pack (To Watch .AVI Files in WMP.)

Answers/Solutions Would be Appreciated.
