Webhosting for Large Sites

I would suggest softlayer and liquidweb, the best two imo.

If you're considering a dedicated, then stay away from ThePlanet by all means. They used to be really good about a year or so back, but after the EV1 acquisition, they've been pretty pathetic to be honest. Do look around WHT for more recommendations and offers.

I've heard sterling reviews from customers of SoftLayer and there have been plenty of them, so my sights are set on them at the moment. It'll be closer to the new year now as somethings just cropped up that needs my attention.
