If Jako sticks to his word then everyone hosted by them will get a free month. But if you read Robson's post above you'll see he has hidden the uptime stats.

That's pretty bad.. I was thinking of hosting with them but after what he did by hiding the stats.. I won't trust them anymore..
My host gives me pretty much 100% uptime every month.

I just filed an SLA complaint with The Planet, who is our datacenter...I should be getting a full refund for this month which will be going to all of our customers.
I'm just as frustrated as you guys, if I win the SLA complain you will either be able to get a full refund, or a free month. Your choice.
This is not the quality or reputation I would like to have distinguished with Brius, but I can't control the network at The Planet, it's out of my control.

I find it interesting how you're always in Jako's business Gareth... I don't mean that in a mean way since you know I'm cool with you, just something I've noticed.

Well when a competitor does something to deceive their customers, it's only right that they are found out. I merely highlighted the points Robson made.

Does that mean if you don't win, your customers don't get a free month?

I can understand your problems Jako, but why hide the uptime statistics?

I took them down temporality while I was fixing the server, I was reviewing the logs and uptime reports before I put them on. I am not trying to hide anything and those will get your free month again, or a full refund.
Gareth, I'm not trying to deceive anyone, but think as you want. You just make yourself look dumb.
