php_value zlib.output_compression_level 5
Option #2:
Open your php.ini file, if you don't have one create a file called php.ini in your public_html
Add the following code to it:

either one of these options should speed up your sites loading time
it's supposed to help cut down on your bandwidth and download time using GZIPPING
