New Crime Punishments
Suggestions for new punishments for the following crimes please:
1. Murder
2. Rape
3. Paedophilia
4. Theft
5. Piracy
6. Ripping off templates
I suggest:
1. Bring back the death penalty, this would make people think twice, probably not psychopaths but definately gun crime etc.
2. Castrate them, problem solved, no more rape if they have no drive or desire at all, alternatively cut their whole tackle off and make them wee through some really awkward device that they have to carry round with them all the time and is completely non discreet.
3. Maybe kill these too, or tattoo nonce on their head or big lebowski style
make them go door to door
The Dude: F**kin' Quintana... that creep can roll, man.
Walter Sobchak: Yeah, but he's a pervert, Dude.
The Dude: Yeah.
Walter Sobchak: No, he's a sex offender. With a record. He served 6 months in Chino for exposing himself to an eight year old.
The Dude: Oh!
Walter Sobchak: When he moved to Hollywood he had to go door to door to tell everyone he was a pederast.
Donny: What's a... pederast, Walter?
Walter Sobchak: Shut the f**k up, Donny.

To be honest i have a never ending list of what could be done to these guys.
4. Chop their hands off, middle eastern style, that'll teach you to steal gillette razorblades to fund your skag habit, how u gonna shoot up with no hands?
5. Any suggestions, all software being open source anyone?
6. Make them have the template tattood on their face. You like the template so much? Here you go, look at it every day for the rest of your life

1: I would suggest murder back but I don't agree with doing what the murderer did in the first place so I think locking them up for life is good enough.
2: For rape, I think they should have their private parts taken care of so they are unusable.
3: Depends how bad, not a bad one so if theres evidence that the person is spying on girls alot then prison for a year or more.
4: For theft I don't think prison is needed, they should be forced to pay twice of what they stole back to the owner. If they do it again double it so they owe 4 times as much if they do it again them prison.
5: If using pirated software make them pay for it, if selling pirated software fine them.
6: Ripping templates, small fine.

I dont take it the wrong way, there's nothing wrong with being a little bit sick, but to be fair prison isnt really that much of a punishment, i know people who've been inside and it can be pretty soft, fair enough you lose your freedom but whats that compared to a life.
If they are going to lock them up it should be solitary confinement for the whole sentance with no luxuries or decent food, porridge, made with no water, with no jam, sugar or honey, maybe put a raisin in on their birthday and christmas.
The death penalty has been completely abolished now for a while...
"The death penalty had been available for five military wartime offences: Serious Misconduct in Action; Communicating with the Enemy; Aiding the Enemy or Furnishing Supplies; Obstructing Operations or Giving False Air Signals; Mutiny, Incitement to Mutiny or Failure to Suppress a Mutiny. The last execution under military law was in 1942. In July 1998, Armed Forces Minister Dr John Reid MP had announced that the Government would repeal the death penalty for military offences - and that this had the support of the military top brass."

You wouldnt be saying that if someone broke into your house and stole say, a brand new powerbook you'd just bought so they could buy themselves some skag, you'd be like
"hold him down while i cut off his hands myself, pass me that blunt spoon"

to me the idea of spending the rest of my natural life in prison is infinitely worse than a quick shot in the arm followed by the big nothing (depending on what you believe).
the only case in which i support the death penalty is spammers. even in some prisons you can access the web. so spammers should be put to death in the most painful way possible

Personally, I don't agree with the death penalty. Not only is it cheaper for the prisons to keep them in prison for life, it also makes them suffer longer. When you're locked up, and know you're staying there for the rest of your life, your whole world would change. Killing them just lets em off easy.
