The one thing that sticks out to me most is the background - maybe make the stripes smaller and closer together - as they take the emphasis off the actual portfolio itself.
Well I don't know if it is supposed to be aligned to the right but if it is, I would suggest changing it. I also don't like the little white space at the top and the contrast of the background lines.

Otherwise, it looks pretty good.
You mean to the left? The site is left aligned. If the background pattern is the biggest problem than I can tell that I'm pleased with my work.
