Designer Wanted for VB Forum Design (NHL) TalkFreelance quality!

Hello,

I'm looking for a talented and creative designer to go absolutely bonkers and create an out of this world NHL Fan VB Forum design.

NHL website.. so basically a website where all those crazy nhl fans will be at!

Job requires:

- Creating a unique VB forum design
- Integrating the design into the VB forum code
- Customize forum
- Might want to add some other stuff so knowing a good php coder is important

I have an unlimited budget and will pay a fair price.. but only for QUALITY and a job WELL DONE.

I have worked with countless designers who claim they can complete projects in 1-2 weeks and then end up taking months. I don't want this, I want an EXCELLENT job done in a reasonable timespan.
