What strategy you use for developing a game application on social network?

I want to know that what strategy do you implement to make a gaming application like mob wars. And what things are required i want to make a flash game application.

How much PHP and Flash do you know? Because honestly, if you don't know how to do the basic design of this type of thing, you probably can't build it well at all.

i know about PHP. but don't know about flash basics.

you need to learn flash first.
