WSCMS: Free Wallpaper CMS is a free php/mysql based wallpaper script. It comes with an easy to use admin control panel to add, remove, and manage categories and wallpapers.

Current Version: 0.1.beta [March 11, 2007]

I think that should be better coded, and have better navigation in the admin panel before you think of releasing it.
