[need]Free affiliate program with many futures

hi,
i'm searching a free affiliate program on wich webmasters can apply to add their site, and i have to aprove. (so i can see if their content hasto do with my site)
I want it to show stats, how much visitors i get from them and how much they get from me.
Does someone know sucha program ?
I guess there should be free ones.
I wan't a script, not a website where i can sign up V_V (i hate that lol)
