I've put on half a stone :)

In the last week i've put on half a stone, really weird...i've been underweight for like...forever, finally my body has decided to slow down and i'm gaining weight fast lol...It's awesome.

Hopefully it continues

8lbs in a week is a lot.

I know what it's like to be underweight and suddenly put on weight though I was about 40lbs underweight for my height for years and no matter what I tried I just couldn't gain anything. Until I moved over here... within 6 months I was 20lbs overweight.

14 pounds is a stone I think.

When I started weight lifting and eating like a mammoth I gained 20 pounds in a few weeks. Just make sure your lifting or you'll soon be fat.

You can't say someone's overweight if their weight is muscle.... I was underweight till I moved to America 3 years ago and filled up on burgers and such :-) Not much fat foods in Moscow, you know So I was overweight for a while till I lost it when I started exercising.

No, you do. If they have excess fat then they are overfat.
