CTDVDDET.exe
RcMan.exe
type32.exe
issch.exe
Ctfmon.exe
looks suspicious whereas I'm like "WOW" 8 rundll32.exe processing. I guess, if you cannot run spyware/adware and antivirus scans on your computer because it freezes, you might have to reinstall your windows -.-

Yea, i was just gonna reformat, but i have no disks. So I thought there might be a cheaper when other then buying brand new disks

Sounds like you have some serious adware/spyware issues. There isn't a quick fix really. Have you tried adaware? spybot? etc. Try those first but if they don't work, your only option is re-formatting.

8 rundll32's are a bit much though might have something wrong there. I get about 8 schosts which im sure are normal though.
It looks like your okay.

Start > Run > Type: msconfig > Start Up Tab
Edit what you want to start and what not to.

I'm with Village on this one, these are all normal processes, don't worry about them

When the problems start why not post a screenshot of your Task Manager? The processes you've posted are nothing to worry about, but you may have missed other processes that are spyware, etc.
