[Debate] Should we be allowed to hit disobedient kids?

I think that the kid did deserve it but then again it isn't up to the bus driver to discipline the kid. He could just as easliy thrown the kid of the bus. But that has some crap friends, they just sat by and watched.

That kid had it coming, but the bus driver shouldn't have taken that kind of approach to discipline a kid. Guarnteed that guys either getting fired, or going to jail.
