They would be treated very badly. People aren't as accepting as you are, you have to understand that. Secondly, what people should be disallowing is transgender operations that is much sicker than gay mairagges. And besides I dont know why homosexuals want to marry, from what I understand a mairage is a financial disaster and doesn't really reinforce feelings between people...
Eww, I just thought of something...
What if your gay parents divorced and your gay dad brought home a new partner...That would be soo distubing in my eyes, imagine catching them doing it.

Same sex marriages, legally yes, although i cant see churches allowing them. I think its only fair that same sex couples should have the same rights as straight couples.
Although adopting kids im really not sure. I've even heard gay people say that they shouldnt be allowed to adopt. Kids with same sex parents will get grief at school, no doubt about it, kids are cruel and kids of same sex marriages are already in a position to be picked on.

My opinion on the whole idea:
Let them do what they want, as long as they dont interfere with normal life.
If that makes sense to everyone.

I don't mind. As long as I don't hear about how good the sex is.

I don't care what 2 people want to do behind closed doors--but im sick of people flaunting it. No one cares if someone is gay--dont have to run around showing it off like half of em.
I also think its wrong to subject a child to worpped beliefs--so adopting is wrong in my opinion.

Unfortunately the way that society thinks is back in the stone age. Personally I do not have a problem with same sex marriages. I don't have a problem with them raising children. If they can provide for the child and love it unconditionally, they can do just as good a job as a heterosexual couple. And for same sex marriages/couples being more violent, I don't believe that. It doesn't matter if they are same sex or heterosexual couples, there will always be violent relationships. As far as society being cruel to the children, all I have to say to them is how ignorant can you be?

My opinion is that there should be balance in life, if you have same sex parents you need positive and negative influences from the opposite sex to your parents.
People need to grow and learn from their parents, they learn the way relationships work by learning from their parents. If they do not get exposure to the opposite sex of their parents in relationship settings then they will never learn how build decent heterosexual relationships. They wil definately swing towards same sex relationships like their parents because that is what they will know.
