I am a web developer and want to expand my self-business into a corporative style company. I have been working for clients online and never once meet them. However, currently I am hoping to change that and start going around to local businesses.
Therefore, I am looking for a high quality designer, preferably if you lived in the US (not required though). You must be able to create templates from housing, insurance, tanning business, to local fresh markets. If you can design great logos as well, then that is definitely a plus.
Once I receive the project, I will hand you the description of the project and you will design the main page of the website. The website will be powered through Wordpress (which will act like a CMS). You will give me the PNG file so I can submit it to the client. The client will review and if he/she approves, then that person will send half of the payment (maybe different, depending on the client).
You will then finish the rest (subpages) and send me previews of each subpage. Once I am satisfied with the design, I will send you payment by percentage. We can discuss this percentage on a one to one basis. I will then receive the .PSD files from you.
That will repeat over and over again.

I will be very blunt when replying. If I dislike your work (does not fit my taste), then I will speak my mind and not choose you.
Also this might not happen for the next few weeks but I would definitely like to setup the people working under this company I do not have a name for. Once I receive the client, I will notify you immediately.
