Why would I deny a refund? Think about it, why would I deny money that is rightfully mind.

The screenshots you showed me, had nothing to do with what I asked and had no relevance to me receiving my refund. If I do remember, you did deny me of my refund and I have a convo to prove so, in which you said you would not be giving me my refund and blocked me.

It is impossible for this host to allow Proxy's. The server is from LayeredTech (do an IP WHOIS or just a simple trace route and look at the RDNS name) which doesn't allow any open proxy.

yes they do, i can even give you the links noobs. I never scammed anyone and im banned on DP just for a while for too many infractions fr like double posting and running post count up so don't start with al that. And they they do allow proxies. scamming ha you dont know the meanin gyou all readlly need to grow up and learn the word scamming.
