I would not do that just yet, you are still very young and you can do everything you would do at an office, at home with MUCH less costs. Unless your parents own a multi-million dollar company, then do whatever you want

Start small, if you have enough clients to pay for rent and a nice profit on top of it, go ahead. But having office = unnecessary luxury.
