Way over priced but thats the downfall when you buy a computer from a company.

Where are you from echo? Look for a laptop in the UK with that spec for a cheaper price, you'll be there for a while...

Im not stating theres cheaper places in UK to buy from. I was stating thats way over prices imo for what your getting.

Nah, I'm from the UK and it isn't that cheap, pretty bad price considering the amount of crap they put in them too (80Gig HD on a gaming PC? Whats the MoBo?)

Just to compare specs and prices. The alienware equivilient (only difference being the CPU which is an Intel SINGLE CORE 1mb (instead of 4mb) cache) would cost £1,760.

After searching for another laptop for £1370 (or there abouts), the best spec i could find was this:

Pentium M 1.8GHz 1mb cache
512mb RAM 533mhz DDR
80GB 5,400rpm
Intel GMA 900 Graphics controller
15" Screen :/
DVD RW+/-
XP Pro

And that is priced at £1397...which would you rather have?

Its a laptop, NOT a desktop Ill use an external hard drive in the future for all my music / video.

+ Ill uninstall all the "crap" they put on when i get it seeing as i have a pretty good clue about how to set up a computer

How do you mean techno? The only thing not that great about it is the 80gb hdd, but for laptops its not cheap to get high capacity HDD's.
