Problem

When i try and post in the Marketplace i get this message

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Maybe the admins should put it in bold letters at the top of every page, no one seems to take note of them.

bold and red under the forum map would work, I have seen it on other forums.

Maybe instead of getting the default "your account doesn't have the privileges" message it could be changed to one saying "You don't have enough posts".

Maybe it could say "Read the rules and you'll understand why you can't post here!", which would make it more simple for new people to understand that they should read the rules.
