  Old  Smooth anchor scrolling

Im looking for someway to make anchor's scroll like this site:
http://jeremyboles.com/

rather than just shooting to the anchor link, it smoothly scrolls to it

if anyone knows where I can get one, it would be greatly appreciated

I know Shaun Inman uses it for his Mint, look in the source maybe? I know it's a simple function two, maybe two or three lines, but he probably has a lot more for other reasons.
