a lil bit of help please

hey guys..
im a lil bit stuck here, so im asking for help.
i know the images are broken, my boss accidentally deleted the stuff from the ftp, and i dont have the stuff here at home, so i hope you can still help.
basically i need to move the text higher...can someone tell me how to do this as im new at tables and i cant stand them.
i basically have a header, a menu bar, 2 little boxes on the left, and a big text area on the right, so i want the text to fit there, but i cant seem to figure out how to align the text without using divs, im not allowed to use divs..please help..

maybe make a drawing of what your trying to achieve? its kinda hard to tell by looking at a imageless layout and ur description

see how u have <img src="http://fuzzygifts.com/images/focus.jpg" alt="" border="0" width="650" height="600">, u need to make those images the background of the table then draw the cells around that, i would suggest gettin a editor like dreamweaver so that you can just drag and drop

lol...i need to put this layout into ebay and well ebay doesn't allow divs, well it does, but it ruins the layout. So tables is it.
I made it into a background already and it still wouldn't work..there's this code in my stylesheet already...

which basically controls the background, so when i tried to put

and that didn't work either..help..
