Maybe you should start with croquis drawing. There are so many simple online lessons.I was started from there.I do not know, but for me that was a best thing in my drawing begin.

Always practice and never stop.

Make your drawings realistic to Photoshop as well. If you cannot exactly replicate it in Photoshop, then don't do it.

  Old  RE: Photoshop

Like most have said here, it's best to just mess around with all the tools and get familar with what all they can do..and they can do a lot! As far as the artistic talent... a person that can draw has an advantage with a tablet. But...there are many many people out there that can't draw that are very successful with Photoshop. There are a lot of tutorials out there if you do a search

I got it in nature .as mentioned above we cant just get this talent by consuming tablets drawing is really a valuable one it comes only by nature and interest in that art.as you have questioned whether we need to be talented in drawing for learning photo shop but its not so if you have basic knowledge of drawing it will be easier for you to learn.but photo shop is not that much concerned with drawing it mostly covers cutting, pasting, fixing, colouring and changing the patterns of the picture.
