Seeking partner

Ok, I am seeking a partner to help me and another partner start a CS1.6/Source gaming league.

About the league
Name: private
More: This league will be a pay-to-play league, as well as a free gaming league. The lower tear division will most likely be free to play, but the more experienced skilled teams will be pay-to-play with winnings for the top three (3) teams. We are estimating around $10 per player. (more information will be given through private means)

Your gaming experience
1) We are seeking someone who has been playing either CS1.6 and/or CS:source for a long time and has experience in high leagues such as CEVOmain+ and/or CALmain+ and/or known LAN events.

Coding experience
xHTML/CSS
PHP
MySQL
Back end
CMS
League scripting (optional)
Any other experience would be a plus.

Payments
Once our league launches we would gather some income from the paying divisions. You will be payed monthly on a flat rate and then any additional money based on what you do.

**Note: You would be required to code and develop the site.

I meet all your requirements... except the big clan part, i fly solo.

but if you can tell more of the cut of all income and stuff like that, i would like to know before i make a commintment

wasn't a bad player, went to some lan parties etc..
