I have 1 question. NO NO WAIT, i don't want to make clone of this site . I want to know. How this companys that buy pixels pay for that? This guy have own company and they pay to his company or He got only bank account and they pay direct to bank account ? What if i make some site that i want to sell banners for example. Can i do that without open some kind of company ? Can they pay me directly to my bank account or over pay pal to my account ?

You can use PayPal. This way you can accept credit card payments online, and PayPal will automatically put it into your bank account. They'll only charge a small percentage from your sales.

Or you can pay about $350 to be able to accept credit cards straight from your website, instead of going through PayPal. This is a better option if you know what you're doing/have someone experienced set it up for you.

But where is than here State with taxes ? If you don't need to have anykind of company or something like that, where is than State here? You don't need to have company to sold this pixels ?

Since each state in the U.S. charges a different amount of tax, he's asking how much tax to charge since the website isn't considered to be in any state.

The simple answer is that you don't charge tax. This isn't an "essential" service, thus not taxable. If you make above a certain amount of profit within a year, you'll have to pay federal tax (call a government office and ask what that amount is for your state). So in other words, don't charge your customers tax if you sell non-essentials like pixel advertisements.

Also, I'd double-check with your state governmet to be sure. Get the number from 411 or Google it, and give them a call.
