Sorry - my english is not good today .
Is it possible that kind of situation : I have oferred my services on Webdesign forum here on TF . After about 3 weeks I had questions about website design and I refused to make it .
And in this month i have created thread - offering website design services and still don't have any clients ? Is it possible becouse i have refused last time ?
Thanks in andvance Bartek

Question is - what was the reason for refusing to answer a design-related question from a potential client?
If it was a public refusal, then it may leave a negative impression.
If it was a private refusal, then there is no reason why you cannot find clients again. It comes down to your level of skill and portfolio.

What do you mean by "I refused to make it"? Make what?
What I meant by public refusal is if you refused service to someone in public - as in on a forum where other people can see/read it.

Anything is possible but its highly unlikely that this had anything to do with a refusal. I refuse more than half of my potential projects and I've never had issues with that sort of thing.

Then there is no particular reason why people would not contact you. There could be numerous reasons: not need for service, not liking a portfolio, rates, location of the person, etc.
