Zivage - V2 Is Here!

After long hours of designing, and then long hours or coding, I have finally released the version 2 of my website. Please do comment on the design and the website as a whole please. Any problems you have, please let me know. I have taken extra measures to make sure that this version works in all Browsers, although I didn't test a 100% in anything other than FF.

The site seems decent, but I'd skin your subpages.

Also, the following condition seems quite odd in your TOS:

6. Our upload limit is 3 MB's. If we see a file uploaded bigger than that, you will suffer the consequences.

Having "suffer the consequences" seems too general, and seems a little unprofessional. Also - shouldn't your script be able to have some sort of a file size limit built in?

Well, the main thing was the get the new website up asap. I will skin the other subpage soon.

And thanks for pointing that out, I will correct it asap.

My first thought was "Woah this is MUCH better !"

Seems kind of dumb, I know for a fact I wont be using you as every image I ever upload is a design I make and i never put copyrights on them, and that pretty much gives you a right to steal designs.

Just my 3 cents.

Randy, once you create it, you have copyright on it (can't remember the name of the law or anything), so they can't do anything.

Lol, why update to a new version after... 2 days ? Nothing drastical changed if I remember correctly?

Oh and btw:

Max new thread of 1 per 5 days. If you have an update during your 5 day wait time, add it to your existing thread.
