Let me know please. I assume maybe it's a timed auto update thing? How do you do that by the way?

Lots of Vbulletin commands are CRON activited (which is done by time, so server performance does not lack).

Correct, it takes an hour to upgrade all accounts.

Do a search in future and read the rules.
