I've used it on a few sites that didn't take paypal and I wanted to use my paypal ballance. It's just a pop-up window with a mastercard number and expiration date. You can use it anywhere. Quite nice actually.

Well, in the US anyways, thats not atually true. I use my debit as a credit card all the time.
