AadilP is the only real contender here, IMHO...
The others don't really do it for me as far as "logos" go - they're not memorable or simple enough:
- Gaz's isn't really a logo as such, more "branding"...
- Andy even said that he wasn't happy with the font for the "Freelance" bit, and it really doesn't suit.
- and Dan's is way to hard to read... An interesting concept, but not a finished one.
AadilP's is contemporary, without looking like it will date. It would be able to be implemented in a number of different formats - perfect for twitter and FB and even just for a favicon. All of these things are important.
Again, this is just my opinion, and only my second post on this forum, so feel free to tell me to naff off!!
