That's a joke, before you go off ranting.
On a serious note then, i code all the xhtml first, get all the content in and such, and then apply the css last. It's much quicker and easier to code that way, in my opinion.

I've always wanted to start doing it like that to see what the different pace is like. In the end I just end up doing both at the same time.
