Is there anyone that has only ever known layout using CSS.

well sort of...5 years ago i used to just mess around with DreamWeaver, just GUI only, i didn't know crap about HTML (i thought HTML had something to do with Hotmail ) but i quit working with anything web related but then i revisited it and learnt some XHTML and CSS and eventually learnt tables.
but i think it's a disadvantage that i'm not too familiar with other layout technologies even though they are advised against. i still have to think twice if i had to make a nested table :/
